Gentile interessato che fornisce alla società Moovie S.r.l. (di seguito “Società”) i suoi dati personali, desideriamo informarLa che il “Regolamento Europeo 2016/679 relativo alla protezione delle persone fisiche con riguardo al Trattamento dei Dati Personali, nonché alla libera circolazione di tali dati” (da ora in poi GDPR) prevede la tutela delle persone e di altri soggetti rispetto al trattamento dei dati personali.
La Società, in qualità di “Titolare” del trattamento, ai sensi dell’articolo 13 del GDPR, pertanto, Le fornisce le seguenti informazioni:
la Società tratterà i dati personali del soggetto per le finalità di selezione (casting) per progetto corrente ed archiviazione per progetti futuri.
I dati personali da Voi forniti formeranno oggetto di operazioni di trattamento nel rispetto della normativa sopracitata e degli obblighi di riservatezza cui è ispirata l’attività della Società. Tali dati verranno trattati sia con strumenti informatici sia su supporti cartacei sia su ogni altro tipo di supporto idoneo, nel rispetto delle misure di sicurezza previste dal GDPR.
Il conferimento dei Suoi dati è facoltativo. Il mancato consenso non permetterà la partecipazione al casting e l’utilizzo delle immagini e/o delle riprese audiovisive del soggetto interessato per le finalità sopra indicate.
Nei limiti pertinenti alle finalità di trattamento indicate, i dati personali del partecipante al casting (immagini e riprese audiovisive) potranno essere comunicati alle società committenti. Tali dati saranno oggetto di condivisione con le società committenti nel solo ambito della selezione cast per progetti audiovisivi/fotografici pertanto non è previsto altro tipo di diffusione delle suddette immagini.

I Responsabili del trattamento sono puntualmente individuati nel Documento sulla Privacy, aggiornato ogni anno, e debitamente nominati.
In ogni momento potrà esercitare i Suoi diritti nei confronti del titolare del trattamento, ai sensi degli artt. da 15 a 22 e dell’art. 34 del GDPR.
I dati raccolti verranno conservati per un arco di tempo non superiore al conseguimento delle finalità per le quali sono trattati (“principio di limitazione della conservazione”, art.5, GDPR) e/o per il tempo necessario per obblighi di legge. La verifica sulla obsolescenza dei dati conservati in relazione alle finalità per cui sono stati raccolti viene effettuata periodicamente.

(hereafter the “Company”), we would like to inform you that the “European Regulation 2016/679 relating to the protection of physical persons with regard to the Processing of Personal Data, as well as the free circulation of that data” (hereinafter GDPR) sets out the protection of the persons and other subjects with respect to the processing of personal data.
The Company, as “Owner” of the processing, pursuant to article 13 of the GDPR, accordingly provides you with the following information:
The Company will process the personal data of the subject for the purpose of selection (casting) for the current project and archive for future projects.
The personal data provided by you will be subject to data processing operations in compliance with the aforementioned regulation and with the requirement of confidentiality that the activity of the Company inspires. The data will be processed both with computers and paper supports and any other type of appropriate support, in compliance with the security measures provided by the GDPR.
The contribution of your data is optional. Lack of consent will not allow participation in the casting and the use of images and/or audio-visual recordings of the interested party for the purposes indicated above.
Within the relevant limits of the indicated purposes of the processing, the personal data of the casting participant (images and audio-visual recordings) may be communicated to the client company. That data will be subject to sharing with the client companies for the sole purpose of selecting cast for audio-visual/photographic projects, therefore no other type of issue of the aforementioned images is envisaged.

The parties responsible for the processing are promptly identified in the Privacy Document, updated every year and suitably appointed.
At any time, you may exercise your rights towards the owner of the processing, pursuant to article 15 to 22 and article 34 of the GDPR.
The data collected will be retained for a period of time not greater than the accomplishment of the reason for which they are processed (“limitation principle of the retention”, art. 5 GDPR) and/or for the time obliged by law. Verification of the obsolescence of the data held in relation to the purposes for which it has been collected is performed periodically.
