Moovie Equipment Rental rents equipment for audiovisual and film productions in the heart of Milan to filmmakers, small and medium-large production companies, national and international agencies.

HOW TO RENT

The Moovie Equipment Rental Team invites you to follow these simple Steps to understand how to make the most of their services and speed up your rent process.

  • Download and review the Complete or Department specific Catalogue of the equipment you are interested in
  • Check out the FAQs below to quickly get answers on frequently asked questions
  • Download and read the Rental Terms and Conditions in advance. We will require your signature to confirm your acceptance before the pickup of the equipment
  • Enter your information in the Master Form to save time
  • Send an email to the correct department to request a quote, indicating the equipment you would like to rent, the reservation dates and, if necessary, the location for delivery and pickup of the equipment
  • For any doubts, questions or requests we are always available to answer you by phone, email and in person, during opening hours

USEFUL INFORMATION


  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

  • You need to email the correct department or info@moovie.it with your rental equipment request, our team will get back to you to confirm the order.

  • You can call us at +39 02 36570032 and follow the operator's instructions to be directed to the desired department. Alternatively, you can send an email.

  • Equipment is picked up the afternoon of the day before the rental and returned by 10:00 a.m. the morning after the rental. Specific arrangements can be made with the departments.

  • Our office is located in Milan at Corso San Gottardo, 41. You can reach us by car and use the internal courtyard for parking. By public transportation using Tram line 3 or Bus 59. The nearest Metro stops are on the Green line: Romolo and Porta Genova.

  • We are located outside Area C and it is not necessary to pay any ticket. If you are coming from outside Milan check that your vehicle can be admitted in Area B.

  • For the first rental, prepayment is required beforehand. For returning customers, payment is required at the drop-off. For different needs, prior arrangement with Moovie Administration via email or phone is mandatory.

  • Yes it is possible to make payments with credit cards.
