Duccio, the elderly inventor protagonist of the short, gives life to Ferruccio, a little robot with a soul who dreams of transforming into something more special: he wants to be able to take flight. It is inspired by the story of Geppetto and Pinocchio but with a keep up with the times narration, in which here too the human character is linked with a paternal love to his creation but this one, instead of being made of wood as in Collodi’s work, it is made up of metal and electrical cables.
